These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ListaCRM, a real estate CRM platform operated by E-systematic, a company based in Egypt.
By accessing or using ListaCRM, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, connecting external services, or using ListaCRM, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
ListaCRM is a cloud-based CRM platform designed for real estate professionals and businesses to manage leads, contacts, listings, communications, and marketing activities.
The platform may integrate with third-party services including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to import leads, manage communications, and synchronize business data.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate business accounts you connect to ListaCRM.
If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business account, you confirm you are an authorized administrator of that asset.
You are responsible for:
maintaining login credential confidentiality
ensuring account information is accurate
all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
ListaCRM allows users to connect their Meta accounts, including Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
By connecting these services, you authorize ListaCRM to access certain data through Meta APIs based on permissions you grant.
This may include:
basic profile information
Facebook Page data
lead form submissions
messaging metadata
Instagram business account data
WhatsApp Business messages and contact data
This data is used only to:
import and manage leads
enable CRM communications
provide customer support tools
synchronize authorized business assets
We do not sell Meta data or use it for advertising resale.
All use of Meta data complies with:

Meta Developer Policies
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to process and contact leads collected through Meta platforms.
If you run ads or collect leads through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp:
You are responsible for lawful communication with leads
You must comply with applicable marketing and privacy laws
You must honor opt-out or deletion requests
ListaCRM only processes this data on your behalf as a CRM provider.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or manage within ListaCRM.
By using the platform, you grant ListaCRM permission to store, process, and transmit data as required to provide services and integrations.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data.
However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
ListaCRM integrates with third-party platforms including Meta services.
We are not responsible for:
changes to external APIs
outages
third-party policies
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
You may request deletion of your account or data at any time.

We will process requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable laws and Meta requirements.
You agree not to:
misuse the platform
access data without authorization
scrape or resell platform data
use the system for unlawful messaging or spam
violate Meta policies
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
All platform software, branding, and design are owned by ListaCRM / E-systematic and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the system.
ListaCRM is provided “as is.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
indirect damages
data loss
business interruption
third-party service failures
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
violate these Terms
misuse Meta integrations
create security risks
Users may request account termination at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations.
